● Your buyer must not be already registered under Ashik Homes Limited

● A general listing agency agreement can be signed on the basis that an agent cannot advertise or list the property in
their office. Up to $30k commission if full RV price is achieved.

● Referral or Commission fee between $10,000 – $30,000 plus GST, will be paid to your company depending on the final price achieved for the sale of any property purchased within 6 months of the buyer being registered.

● After your buyer has been registered, Ashik Homes will show the property and agents can accompany the buyers, together will write the agreement & do all necessary work to settle the property.

● Agents do not need to do anything and will get their referral fee once the property is settled through
Ashik Homes lawyers trust account.

● Ashik Home will update you with the progress of your buyer until the purchaser has purchased a
property or until your 6-month contract is finished.

● Your referral agreement will automatically get renewed for another 6 months if we have not
sold anything to the buyer.

● Your referral fee is only valid for a one-time purchase.
